CCPA 3310 - Crisis Management

Examines different strategies and tactics organizations use before, during, and after a crisis to respond to internal and external audiences. Includes the role of emerging media in crisis response. Prerequisites: C or better in CCPA 2327 , CCPA 2375 , CCPA 3300 and CCPA 3355 ; enrollment in the B.A. in public relations and strategic communication program.
